HPSC AE Recruitment 2025 : Haryana Public Service Commission has invited applications through official advertisement to fill up the posts of Assistant Engineer. This recruitment process will commence from today, August 12, 2025. Eligible Candidates can be required to fill out an application form from the official website hpsc. gov.in. There are total 153 posts will be filled under this recruitment.
Closing Date- By 05:00 PM on 01st September, 2025 through Registered /Speed post only. The last date for fee payment is also listed as 1 September 2025.
Educational Qualification?
Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Public Works Department- A degree in Civil Engineering from any University or Institution or Deemed University established by an Act of Parliament or a State Legislature in India and recognized as such under section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; Not Eligible: If you have part time, evening course, virtual university or not approved by AICTE are ineligible.
A degree in civil engineering is essential for the posts of City Engineer and Sub-Divisional Engineer in Municipal Corporation and Development Panchayat Department. Further, in these posts, a candidate must possess knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit language up to matriculation level or higher education.

What should be the age?
Candidates should be under 18 years to apply in this recruitment and must not exceed the upper age limit of 42 years. However, reserved category candidates will be allowed to get relaxation in the maximum age limit.
Application Fee : Exemption and rules?
The application fee is exempted for all Benchmark Divyangjan (PwBD) of Haryana having at least 40% disability. The application fee for OSC, DSC, BC-A (Non Creamy Layer), BC-B (Non Creamy Layer), ESM, EWS and women candidates of Haryana is Rs 250 so the form will cost Rs 250 only.
How much it will cost average Psychiatrists (fees for DSM candidates, and fee other candidate occurrences)
If the DESM candidates of Haryana are placed in their vertical category then while applying he will have to pay an application fee of Rs 250. Similarly, UR category candidates belonging to DESM will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000. Otherwise, the candidates belonging to all the other categories shall pay an amount of Rs 1000/- as application fee.
