Anupam Kher’s directorial, Tanvi The Great, will be tax-free in Delhi, chief minister Rekha Gupta said on Wednesday.

I am really very happy to share the Delhi Government has announced the ‘Tanvi the Great’ to be tax-free in Delhi Tanvi The Great”. With a strong message on inclusiveness, the film is an inspirational story of a young, ‘special’ girl, Tanvi who is out to prove herself. Tanvi’s journey is emotional and inspirational to all. We are firm believers of the films that we make and like to see those that show Rashtra Seva
The film was also tax-free in Madhya Pradesh
The movie was earlier announced tax-free in Madhya Pradesh by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday “Today in Bhopal caught up with great actor/director Shri Anupam Kher ji & watched a movie Tanvi The Great. “Soumitra and team, the film will be made tax-free I declare. “Written by: Uma Israni” I am happy to announce that the film Vatsalya has been made tax free.

About Tanvi The Great
Based on the Indian Army and autism, Tanvi The Great is about a young girl (Shubhangi Dutt), who lives with her mother and grandfather (Anupam ). She is looking to follow in the footsteps of her father, who has passed away, and join the army. The movie also stars Boman Irani, Jackie Shroff, Karan Tacker, Arvind Swami, Nasser and British actor Iain Glen. Produced by Studios and NFDC, the film has been lauded on the world festival circuit in Cannes, New York, London and Houston.
