The applicants need to have a degree in Law, shorthand speed of English shorthand at 120 w.p.m. and computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m. They must also possess 5 years’ regular experience Private Secretary, PA, or Stenographer in a government department/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Statutory Body.
